BOMBSHELL: New Pebble Mine Tapes show Execs saying Sullivan will break promise on opposition to Pebble Mine

ANCHORAGE, AK — In reaction to the newly released bombshell Pebble Mine tapes today that revealed Ron Thiessen saying they had  “…quite a few contacts into the Sullivan operation..,” that it was “better that they’re just quiet,” and that politicians “aren’t held to [their] promises” in an election season, independent U.S. Senate Candidate Dr. Al Gross released the following statement:

“As the executive himself states, it doesn’t matter what Dan Sullivan says. Sullivan plans to break his promise, opposing the mine as soon as the election is over. We cannot trust Dan Sullivan to keep his word on this or anything, and the only way to make sure that Pebble Mine is NOT built is to elect a new senator.”
